Project status

Hawk Scan is an independent Robinhood Chain project. It is not Robinhood, is not an official Robinhood explorer, and does not claim endorsement by Robinhood, Blockscout, OpenAI, Uniswap, or any protocol, issuer, exchange, or data provider.

A legal operator identity, registered address, governing law, formal support channel, and complete commercial terms are not yet published. Public paid launch is blocked until they are selected and reviewed.

What the beta does

The beta reads public chain and configured provider data, organizes it, and may use a controlled AI analyst to explain evidence. The current product does not connect a wallet, hold assets, sign messages, submit transactions, execute trades, or manage private keys.

No advice or guarantee

• Results are informational observations, not investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or security advice.
• Data can be delayed, incomplete, reorganized, decoded incorrectly, rate-limited, unavailable, or wrong.
• A pair does not prove official status, backing, redemption, liquidity permanence, or safety. Wallet correlation does not prove identity, ownership, coordination, intent, or wrongdoing.
• No answer, model output, label, simulation, heuristic, or historical pattern guarantees future performance or execution.

Verify every material result against the linked block, transaction, address, source, and official protocol registry before acting.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break applicable law or another person's rights;
• probe accounts, steal credentials, bypass authentication, evade scopes or rate limits, or interfere with service availability;
• submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, session cookies, personal records, or confidential ownership information;
• use results to falsely accuse, harass, discriminate against, or identify a person from wallet correlation alone;
• scrape, reproduce, or resell provider data where doing so violates provider licences, terms, intellectual-property rights, or law;
• misrepresent Hawk Scan output as official, audited, complete, risk-free, or guaranteed.

Availability and changes

The beta is provided for evaluation and may be changed, restricted, reset, suspended, or withdrawn. No uptime, response-time, support, archival completeness, or data-recovery commitment is offered in this beta notice.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for independently verifying results and for decisions or actions you take. This beta text does not attempt to waive rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived. A jurisdiction-specific warranty, limitation-of-liability, eligibility, dispute, and governing-law section requires operator and legal approval before commercial launch.

Project updates may appear at @hawkscanxyz. This is not yet a formal legal, privacy, security, billing, or support address. Do not send secrets or sensitive data there. A production launch is blocked until proper contact channels are published.
